**Announcements**
The Board has retained Andrew, Merritt, Reilly & Smith LLP to obtain overdue HOA payments from delinquent homeowners. Homeowners who owe dues should pay dues quickly to avoid forthcoming legal action.

Parking is not permitted on the street. Upcoming mandated violation fines will be implemented to those homeowners who continue to park on the street.
**Reminders**
HOA dues for 2026 will be due on or before June 30, 2026, in the amount of $150.00. If you have not paid your HOA 2025 dues, please pay $165 as well as any outstanding balance immediately. Dues are $150 and $15 for the late fee (10% of the HOA dues). There is no exception to the late fees. Online payments have been reinstated.
